Our Bikes
These are the e-cargo bikes available to rent. Each bike is great in its own ways and will provide you with a memorable experience around NYC. These are our personal bikes so we take good care of them and expect the same from our renters.
Urban Arrow
Experience the magic of NYC by biking and sightseeing with your family on an electric bakfiets. This Urban Arrow cargo bike isn't just for show—it hauls hundreds of pounds, seats up to 3 (smaller) kids with safety harnesses, and even lets an adult enjoy the ride while capturing Instagram-worthy moments. It has a raincover for all-weather (and cold) riding, hand mitts (if it’s cold out), pannier, and 2 benches in the bucket. Its Bosch CX motor offers pedal-assist power, letting you cruise at 20mph and conquer hills effortlessly with a 500wh battery that boasts a 15-30 mile range (depending on weight and power settings).
Pick the UA if:

You are too short for the Madsen (5’0 - 5’3”)

You only have 1-2 kids. It can handle 1-2 kids really well.

If you have 3 kids, but the kids are very small (think, 1.5 year old, 3 year old and a 5 year old, for example). But it cannot handle, say, a 9 year old, 10 year old and an 11 year old)
Madsen
This is the Madsen “fully loaded” e-cargo bike. With the e-assist feature, you can add power when you need it and cruise up hills with ease while carrying your kids and gear. This bike comes with a soft top (for when it rains), front rack + wooden crate, lights, neat little coffee cup holder (!!) and shiny brass bicycle bell. It has the power. Equipped with a 750W Bafang Mid Drive Motor, pedal assist system with 9 levels. One of the best parts is it also has a *throttle* so if you don't feel like pedaling or want a little pick-me-up from a red light on a hill, you just press a button and it goes. The 40 gallon plastic bucket can hold up to 4 kids (also has seatbelts) and up to 271kg (which is way way more than you will need). This is perfect for touring around NYC with your kids or for carrying stuff for a birthday party or picnic in the park.
Pick the Madsen if you:

Bunch Bike
The newest member of our fleet, this is the Bunch Bike Original 3.0. It is a trike - with 3 wheels - for extreme stability. It has a massive box that can carry up to 4 people comfortably. It also comes with a throttle, so it doesn't get much easier to bike. Perfect for people who want all the benefits of a small golf cart (!) but in a bike. Max speed of 20mph though you'll probably want to go slower as it is a real head turner on the streets. Battery range is about 20-30 miles depending on weight.
